Our experts are ready to help you take your business to the next level – are you?

Our Enterprising Women Growth programme is proven to help ambitious female business owners develop and grow the business of their dreams, through a range of very practical, interactive and tailored learning workshops.

They are proven to help new businesses reach sustainability, and to give established businesses the clarity, focus and skills to grow to the next level - at the four key stages from start-up to that first £1m.

They're based in the real world of your business and the challenges and opportunities you face. Supported by experts, you'll implement immediate improvements and develop your own growth strategy for your business. You'll also get fantastic benefits from working in a group of like-minded peers, all at roughly the same stage of business as you and sharing the same challenges, and from the support and motivation of our entrepreneurial facilitators.

The first two Growth programmes this autumn are available at no cost to you, fully funded as part of the Unlocking Potential programme, and we have a few places still available! So join us if you want to:

  • Understand how to develop and adapt your marketing strategy and tactics to promote your business and attract new clients
  • Improve your confidence, management and leadership skills
  • Develop your sales process through customer segmentation, prospecting and closing techniques to reap the rewards of business growth
  • Improve your customer service and aftercare activities to aid your sales pipeline
  • Implement business planning for growth to make your vision and goals a reality.

EW Growth Programme Feedback

"The Growth Programme has helped me focus on what I need to do, particularly for the need for proper and in-depth financial understanding, planning cashflow and profit and loss forecasts."

Rhona Gardiner of Newquay-based PR, social media and communications company Excess EneRGy

EW Growth Programme Feedback

"The Growth Programme is enabled me to take time out to evaluate my business and my own role within it. The excellent presenters provided really great tips and ideas and getting out there and meeting other really inspiring local women in business has been wonderful. We have been able to exchange views and issues in a confidential environment which has been unbelievably helpful."

Amanda Barlow of Spiezia Organics and owner of two Cornwall-based hotels

EW Growth Programme Feedback

"The programme has enabled me to focus on the business and structure its growth rather than just think about things but not put them into action.

Being my own boss really does give me the flexibility to do what I want, when I want to, and being part of the Growth Programme has helped me take control, putting structured plans together to enable my company to grow.

I am committed to my business and determined to take it to where it should be in the market place."

Mary Galbraith, MD and founder of Campervans.com, an online agency for overseas campervan and motor-home companies is equally enthusiastic.
