Plymouth Enterprising Women met for a Workshop on PR on Tuesday 15th May 2012

Around 50 women attended a joint Plymouth Enterprising Women and Network of Women event at the Royal William Yard on the 15th May 2012.

The 4 hour showcase organised by PEW and the Chamber of Commerce included a four hour showcase such as: inter-active sessions, presentations from members, Sales, lunch and a talk on 'PR and Promotion for you and your Business' by Outset's Kevin Kelway and PEW coordinator Alison Wall.

This was the first time the PEW members got to network with the Network of Women and it generated much interest. Latest PEW members Jo Lee (Positive Pilates) and Wendy Black each got to present a short slot about their businesses and handout leaflets and information.

Delegates were invited to do a press release about their business and a mock up media experts' table judged Emma Titah's Travelling Theatre as the top press release on the day.
