Aims of the course
Negotiation is an essential skill in all organisations of any complexity. It occurs both formally and informally.
On this course, delegates develop their negotiating skills through an understanding of the process. This helps them deal successfully with a variety of situations. They negotiate confidently for desired outcomes.
