Negotiation is an essential skill in all organisations of any complexity. It occurs both formally and informally.

Negotiating Skills is for anyone who has to take part in formal or informal negotiations. It is for all those who are interested in improving business relationships to benefit everyone.

It is complemented by Building Successful Business Relationships and Assertiveness Skills.

Each course is self-contained. They can be taken in any order.

Delegates learn how to:

  • Deal confidently with both clients and co-workers in negotiations
