Plan your training

Consulting Skills is about establishing trust and confidence between consultants and their clients. It does not address the content of their public relations programme.

The course is as applicable to executives who function as in-house consultants as it is to those who work in an agency.

Delegates learn how to:

  • Read the body language signals sent by their clients
  • Identify the true structure within which their client contacts operate
  • Develop a sure touch on when and how to socialise
  • Function as a valued member of the client's team
  • Use professional disciplines to build the confidence of their clients.
  • Control the progress of meetings even when chaired by the client
