How many times have you heard or even said yourself, "I’m not a financial person" or "I’m terrible when it comes to numbers"?
In fact, one of the top reasons that women often put off starting a business is the fear of finance and "doing the books".
This workshop will help de-mystify the language and terminology and give you a solid start with the basics by answering the following questions:
- What is the difference between gross profit and net profit?
- What is turnover?
- What is profit and loss and how do you create a cash flow forecast?
- How do you work out how much money the business needs to make?

This session will be delivered by Stacey Pike.
Stacey Pike is Enterprising Women's Trainer and travels all over the south of the UK delivering various training packages for those interested in, or currently running, their own business. Coming initially form a further education background Stacey is a highly experienced trainer who has spent over 12 years in the design and delivery of business start up and personal development training. She enjoys nothing more than working with other women to help them grow both their personal and business aspirations.
