Real Time Reception began from personal experience. Having worked for many years in an appointment led industry I really appreciated the usefulness of someone to answer the phone and crucially book my appointments. Real time reception allows small businesses to acces that service by sharing the services of a receptionist.
Calls are diverted to a unique number and answered by a receptionist, who can take messages but also book the appointments. We are more than a messaging service.

Jennifer worked for many years as a health professional, both in the NHS and in private practice. She has experience of the way health practices deal with clients and book appointments.
When going into practice alone 2 years ago the need for a telephone answering service was obvious but without the booking facility it would not save much tme. Thus RTR was formed.
