The Tranquility Zone

I am finally living my dream to be a holistic therapist, helping people to feel better about themselves and their lives. I am a Journey practitioner, which is a cutting edge cellular healing technique that gets to the root cause of emotional and physical shut downs, limiting patterns of behaviour, fears and phobias. It very effectively clears them out, allowing a person to more easily achieve their highest potential and find peace and tranquility within themselves. I also do 'hands on' therapies as I am an aromatherapy massage therapist and Reiki practitioner; which means that I can fully meet the needs of 'Mind, Body and Spirit'. My business is very young, and I am currently looking at ways to grow my client list and diversify into areas such as group work; to address issues such as Stress Management and improving confidence and self esteem to increase employment opportunities. I look forward to meeting some of you ladies at local events and being inspired and encouraged by your stories!

Sandra Lindon

- In my previous career, I was a Packaging Technologist in the Pharmaceutical Industry. My various roles included providing technical support for new product introduction, project management, manpower and development planning and Global Anti-Counterfeiting support. I supported 'External Advocacy' by giving presentations on the subject of Pharmaceutical Anti-Counterfeiting to international audiences in worldwide.

- In May 2010, representing the UK Healing Hands Network I spent two weeks as a volunteer providing Aromatherapy massage and Reiki treatments to victims of the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Seven clients a day were treated, five days a week for a range of ailments both physical and psychological.

- Trained in Aromatherapy massage in 1999 and in Reiki II in 2000. Part time therapist until October 2010 when I started my holistic therapy business - now renamed Journey To Tranquility.
