I am also incredibly proud to work as an accredited C2E (Committed to Equality) Advisor/Auditor in collaboration with the Equilibrium Network. Together we can help you achieve an accredited status on the National Equality Register giving you a business advantage in these tough times when submitting bids or tender applications as well as retaining your existing contracts with public sector organisations.

Julia Smyth

An experienced, dynamic and passionate development professional that utilises her knowledge and experience gained in public and private sectors to ensure all interventions are relevant and impactful to translate into a true return on investment for all.

Julia’s expertise includes innovative ‘off the shelf’ and bespoke training design/delivery, client and project management, communications, and wellbeing.

She has delivered individual and whole team coaching, and designed and facilitated programmes to include: leadership development; performance management; talent management; appraisals; change management; themed/team building away days; and one off events.

Her wide ranging remits, skills and experience have developed a keen eye for detail leading internal audits, NVQ Assessment and C2E Advising/Auditing. Julia’s commitment to customer service/relationships has built her an enviable reputation always promoting and supporting a culture of listening and working collaboratively to find positive, proactive solutions.
