Amanda studied English at Jesus College, Cambridge and, after graduating, worked as a Lecturer at a Further Education college, during which time she gained a PGCE and began an (ongoing) MPhil in South African Literature. Since then, Amanda completed the Advanced Instructor qualification in Personal Training with Premier Training International. She likes pretty much anything outdoors: running, skiing and surfing, horses, and motorbikes, and she's quite partial to chocolate biscuits. Amanda is also an officer in the Territorial Army.

We'll introduce you to new ways to exercise which are appropriate for you and enjoyable at the same time, and give you the support you need to reach your fitness goals, whatever they are. For most people, there's no need to join a gym - in fact, the very best place to train is often at home.
