We provide high quality live musical entertainment for Corporate and private clients; business dinners, corporate entertainment, weddings, special occasions, award ceremonies and parties to name some events. Our musicians range from a Steel band, to a Cuban Dance Band, Latin Jazz Funk band, The Romantic Tenor, classical guitarist, jazz bands, string quartets.... We are able to advise suitable music and musicians to suit all budgets and venues.
Using my experience and expertise as a professional opera singer, I have created a portfolio of outstanding musicians that transform your event. As a company, we have won WOW awards for outstanding care, and our aim is to provide an excellent service, from the first enquiry, until the event ends.
More recently, we have created Team Building Services, using a musical theme. These are available for 'away days' as part of a training programme designed by the client or another training organisation, or within conferences. The workshops are business orientated with clear outcomes for the client; for example we are able to identify 'stars' and 'mavericks' and to encourage teams to work outside their comfort zone on a very creative project. We are involved at the planning stage to ensure our service fully benefits the business concerned. Shorter workshops can be delivered for "Icebreaker" activities at conferences, and for "creative energisers" during the day.
We always welcome calls and enquiries about our services and look forward to hearing from you soon.
Susan is a professional opera singer, who has performed as a soloist at The Royal Opera, The Albert Hall, Symphony Hall Birmingham; for eminent conductors like Sir Simon Rattle and Sir Mark Elder; premiered works for Howard Goodall and John Joubert; performed on BBC1 and the Radio and was the soloist for a major TV advert campaign.
Prior to being an opera singer, Susan was a class teacher for several years, in Kenya, India and London; then working as a business trainer.
After Susan had her son, Nicholas, she realised that combining opera singing with motherhood was not possible without compromising, so built up a successful singing teaching practice, until Nicholas was 6 years old - and this no longer worked time wise!
Susan was regularly being asked to recommend and source musicians for events, and decided to set up a Limited Company - NSN Productions Limited, to formalise this arrangement and to move the business forward. With no prior knowledge of setting up a limited company, and no background in this (Susan's family are doctors, lawyers and school masters), Susan has built up the business, just working during school hours and regularly provides work for over 70 musicians and supplies for a variety of corporate and private events.
Susan was also advised that her speaking and performance styles were so powerful, that there might be opportunities for coaching senior business execs. As Executive Voice, she coaches a variety of individuals and groups in "Making an Impact with your voice", presentation, meeting and public speaking skills. Also team building workshops with a music theme and 'icebreaker' activities for conferences.
Susan has delivered short workshops and presentations for a variety of business meetings; these are always interactive and fun, and participants go away with more knowledge about their voices.
Susan lives in Old Hatfield with her husband and son. She also enjoys cooking fine food, gardening, reading, cycling and swimming.
