Basically we offer a transparent and accountable marketing service that has moved away from the traditional view of telemarketing, working together with clients to establish a return and a long term relationship.
We work with our clients in setting criteriaís, and identifying what they really want from a campaign moving away from the quantity towards the quality. Making sure that meetings attended offer them the best possible opportunity to convert, and if for some reason the meeting did not meet the criteria we refund.
It is what we refer to as a Ronseal service we do what we say on the tin and as a result our client retention sits at 87%.
I created the business out of shear frustration; firstly due to the lack of customer service and delivery within our industry and the lack of flexibility in the work place.
I believe that we offer a truly unique work life balance for our industry plus a totally accountable and transparent service to our customers. Whilst there are organisations out there that have made some in roads into both, there is as far as I know no one as yet who can match our claims.
We believe that good sales people do not need to be micro managed. We believe that there were huge wasted resources of sales/marketing people who due to external commitments have left the industry for less satisfying jobs as they could not adapt to the inflexibility of the industry. We believe that the productivity of these people is greater than average. So after a great deal of deliberation we devised a working strategy to get these people back and working for us.
Our key objective was to identify the needs of these individuals and match them as much as we could within the restraints of a service orientated business. We needed to ensure that both logistically and operationally it was a feasible and profit making concept. We needed to ensure that we kept team retention high and employed only those that could complete the tasks set as we did not have the facilities for the more basic training. Client retention is dependant on the service that these people can give so we needed to ensure that we found the right people for the job.
Over the next 3 years we plan to develop these people further, through accredited management training providing them with the best tools possible to manage their area of the business. Introducing team leader and management positions, developing further for regional and national divisions. Our team will grow and develop with us and along side us.
