My backgound is in Retail Management and the sales environment for more than 15 years. During this time I became adept in training managers and sales staff, and I have also worked in Spain for several years as a Retail Manager and as a Trainer.
I found that I felt an immense sense of achievement to be an integral part of someone's growth and development and especially to see them move onto their own promotion. That's when I made the move into training full time.
I started my own business in training because I want to fulfill my desire to help people get the best from themselves so they feel proud of their achievements and a sense of self-worth, and because I want to help managers to manage their people better to the benefit of each other and their business.
