Wendy is the founder of Resolution Coaching, and a Small Business & Social Media Consultant. She is also known as The Virtual Business Genie. She is a gifted personal coach, and her incredible insights and perception has helped countless people completely transform themselves in all areas of their lives, because she possesses an uncanny ability to know what makes people tick. Wendy helps small business adopt cutting edge strategies to grow their businesses.
She began her career as a Girl Friday in an Ad Agency in London and draws on her extensive experience working in a variety of industries in the public and private sectors. She is an EFT specialist (Emotional Freedom Technique) and trained as an NLP Practitioner with both Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler (co-creator of NLP). She also delivers seminars in DISC Behaviour Assessments
Wendy is also a published author and writer of numerous blogs, and e-books. She currently runs a Social Media Surgery at Writtle College in Essex once a month, for small business owners.
Curious Facts: At school Wendy was a gifted athlete which she used to overcome serious behavioural and academic challenges as a child. She competed for her school at a local and county level.
In 1998 she narrowly missed being seriously injured by a runaway car that crashed through a plate glass window of the shop she was in at the time
Wendy survived a Near Death Experience after major surgery in 1995
Her Great Grandfather William Worboys spent most of his career as a Train Driver on The Flying Scotsman, and on 30th November 1934 he took this historic train into the record books, when it became first steam train ever to travel at over 100 mph
Wendy’s Grandfather Captain Harold Quick skippered the Marconi Research Vessel the Elettra II on it’s voyages around the North Sea during the 1960′s. Both the Elettra I and Elettra II yachts were used as test beds and demonstrations for equipment designed by MWT/Marconi Communications Marine Development Group.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Wendy abseiled down a waterfall, and a 110 ft office block for charity in 2007
She has performed as a cellist at St Michaels Cave in Gibraltar, The Royal Albert Hall, as well as concert halls in Santander and Vigo in Spain
Wendy loves the outdoors, cycling around her village and is a big fan of flamenco and watching sport on TV.
