My company enhance you enables both individuals and companies to develop and sustain a brand image. By focusing on the image/appearance of the individuals within your organisation who are client/external focused, you as an organisation can ensure that the right image is being communicated and it is consistent and clear.
Whether you like it or not image MATTERS, it is well publicised that impressions are formed in the first 30 seconds and that is likely to be before you have said anything. In an image driven world where time is at a premium those 30 seconds count, to secure and increase business, win sales and customer loyalty. It takes a further 21 times to change a poor first impression.
In our fast-moving global marketplace, image is key as both individuals and employers are now fully aware of the impact a good personal image can provide. By acquiring excellent communication and non verbal/soft skills, we can maximize this impact to reflect our worth and to achieve both personal and professional success. I can help you achieve this. Karan Middleton

Enhance you was created by Karan Middleton in early 2008. Prior to creating enhance you Karan worked for 20 years in an international corporate environment gaining many business and life skills along the way spanning mainstream marketing, consultancy and training. She has negotiated and undertaken assignments for some of the largest companies in the world and fully understands the challenges of presenting a credible and professional image in business.
Having had a life-long passion for fashion and style since a young age, she decided that it was high time to realise her dream and put her business skills to the test and having experienced first hand the 'before and after' effect of style and colour services, she realised how passionate she felt about helping others in a similar situation, helping them to look and feel great about both clothes and most importantly about themselves. Karan combines her extensive consultancy and coaching expertise with seasonal and tonal colour analysis and image, wardrobe and style. Karan uses her skills to help individuals and organisations find their own unique image/style they wish to project to meet their goals, both on a personal and professional level. / Her speciality is working with real people, and helping them to redefine the way they feel about themselves - her first port of call, their wardrobe! Style consultancy for everyday people who care about how they look and feel everyday.

Karanís approach is energetic, non- judgmental, humorous, and honest. She firmly believes this is a journey of self discovery as when small changes in our perspective and thinking happen huge changes can happen in life. Karan is very much a people person who enjoys the buzz of helping others to feel confident and motivated. She is a lively and entertaining speaker. Although based in Hertfordshire, Karan splits her time between London and the south of England but she is always happy to travel further afield.
