Ramona Metcalfe Associates have broad experience in the delivery of community regeneration, programme management, capacity building, training, mentoring and coaching in the public sector, grass-roots community groups, charities and voluntary organisations. We use a wide network of consultants across the UK who can form professional teams tailored to the needs of any project.

Ramona Metcalfe

Ramona Metcalfe has twenty years' experience at a senior level in Regeneration, Community Development and Social Inclusion. She has special expertise in working with socially excluded groups, and is passionate about community participation and empowerment.

She has delivered a range of successful programmes with national charities and public partnership organisations, such as 'New Deal for Communities' in New Cross Gate, where she developed and implemented a £6M Community Regeneration Programme that significantly increased the educational attainment of socially excluded residents. The programme included innovative and ground-breaking projects that attracted national interest (ODPM, NRU), and for which she won the 2007 Lewisham Pride Award for Improving Performance.

Ramona's approach to developing and implementing positive social change includes the application of participatory approaches to community development and programme management.
