An experienced HRD Professional and Coach specialising in the human aspect of company transformation, coaching and communication. Maria also specialises in aligning company values to the brand and behaviours of an organisation and its people.

With over 12 yearsí experience of developing and implementing development and change management strategies within the European energy industry and with a range of global organisations.

Mariaís passion is in moving clients forward and achieving increased bottom line results. Her coaching is action focussed and pragmatic working with Senior Executives, Managers, HR Professionals and Entrepreneurs.

She brings clarity, focus and action to business planning and professional growth and supports managers to develop themselves and their management competencies, helping them in their role as leader and enabling them to manage transformation successfully.

Mariaís experience is diverse having worked with individuals and teams from TXU (Texas Utilities), E.On UK, Fitch Ratings Italia, McCain Foods GB, Mysis Banking Division-New York, Mowlem and more recently with Microsoft, Astra-Zenica Pharmaceuticals and Carillion

Maria qualified with the Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and is a trained coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a graduate of the CTI Leadership Programme.

With an Italian family background Maria is bi-lingual with an excellent understanding of the Italian culture which has led to workshops in the hotel and food industry in Italy.

With Italian parents Maria is blessed with boundless energy and passion and shines most when she is enabling people to see themselves so much bigger than they are and are able to create the lives they truly want for themselves and their loved ones.

Training to be a coach came naturally to Maria and she now enjoys a wonderfully flexible worldwide career speaking at events, coaching and delivering workshops.

Maria is married to Andrew who has recently qualified in massage and is looking to qualify in Reflexology also.

Maria has two amazing sons, Pietro and Nick, both of whom are enjoying a wonderful life in Melbourne, Australia. Pietro loved Melbourne so much he decided to emigrate there last year whilst Nick has another 6 months to go on his 2 year visa.
