Essex Business wins Virtual Assistant of the Year 2008

Essex businesswoman, Susan Moore, has been named 2008 National Virtual Assistant of the Year.

The Awards which were presented at a ceremony on April 19th bring together Virtual Assistants from across the UK and the finalists were judged by a panel of experts from four associations representing the industry in the UK and overseas.

Moore VA was launched in 2006 by Susan Moore and she and her team now work remotely with a range of clients from solicitors and financial advisers to business coaches and a racehorse club. The Essex based business was nominated by a client based in South Woodford.

Moore VA was nominated by Heather Waring of Walkers’s Coach. Although Heather is located almost 50 miles away from Susan, they communicate via telephone and e-mail. The two meet face to face every few months to discuss strategy. Heather says, “Susan is a tremendous person, warm and approachable; thoroughly professional; full of ideas and has got involved with all aspects of Walkers’ Coach. I am delighted that she has received this award. Working with her has really made a difference to my business and I wish her continued success.”
