Rosy Edwards

Rosy has an unusual blend of HR and IT expertise enabling her to combine strong communication and interpersonal skills with analytical insight, logic and organisation. This enables her to understand requirements, to identify key issues, to explain options clearly and to help clients evaluate, prioritise and implement actions.

After graduating in science from the University of London, Rosy spent much of her career in human resources. She is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development www.cipd.co.uk and spent many years focusing on HR software before moving into IT and information systems. With over twenty years­ experience in analysing and implementing business systems, Rosy has worked in both private and not for profit organisations, gaining a reputation for successful project management.
