VA Property Consultants was set up in 2005 by Venessa Afonja; a venture born out of her sound business judgment and love for property, from its investment and development potential to finding a house and making it a 'home'. Her experiences in property started from her own personal achievement in successfully developing and managing a diverse property portfolio which rapidly lead to assisting numerous others with sourcing and securing property investments of their own.

Venessa realised there was a large market of 'everyday' people like her wanting to secure part of their financial future in property, but who were unsure of going it alone or just did not have the time/experience to do it themselves. In both cases these were people who wanted someone they could trust to act on their behalf when making such an important financial decision.

Today, VA Property Consultants act in an advisory capacity while conducting the search, overseeing the negotiation and entire conveyancing process.
