Karen Murphy

I have been involved in professional and personal development since 1991. I began my career with the police service training officers and police staff in leadership development. I then worked for a number of years with the Home Office delivering training interventions in leadership and personal development nationally. It was here that I first became involved with positive action initiatives for women.

In 2003 I set up my business, KM Leadership Training. This designed and delivered training interventions on leadership development, personal development and diversity.

In 2007, I amalgamated my business with that of my friend and colleague Mui Li. Together, we set up Muika Associates. We now have a major client base within the public and private sectors. Each year our business continues to grow.
