Introduction Judith Elliott is an experienced strategic HR and people management coach. After a career as a senior manager with the John Lewis Partnership Judith started her own training company with the aim of developing management skills in all levels of managers. She quickly developed a flair for facilitating decision making at director level. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development so walks into every facilitation with a strong commercial background as well as an HR hat.

• worked with top teams and senior managers to align behaviours and develop leadership

She has worked with a wide range of organisations in the private and higher education sectors for example the University of London, Trinity College Cambridge, Southampton University, Eversheds and global players like Booking.com, Inca Digital, Bosch UK and Solo Cup.

In most cases the leaders she works with are highly qualified and very intelligent. However they have usually hit a barrier which is either stopping their career or causing interpersonal relationship problems.

Judith is able to adapt her approach to the culture of an organisation; "walking in the client's shoes" to develop the best solution for their own unique needs. She is first class at turning around difficult situations and resolving people performance issues. She is incisive and sees to the heart of the problem.

Coaching for High Growth Companies

Judith was selected in 2011 as a coach to work with high growth companies in the Eastern region; for a change these companies were small, under 50 employees, but showing at least 20% growth year on year. She worked with several companies to develop business and people management strategies, in every case creating new jobs in the region.
