ASPIRE Programme

All our support, from 1:1 coaching and advice to one:group training courses, is tailored for all learning levels, and for all stages of the enterprise journey, from pre pre-start to high growth.

The ASPIRE Programme has 4 stages and is a successful and well proven programme of personal and business development that gets greater sustainability and value for money results. This is because it is based on our awareness and understanding of the issues facing the client groups, and our knowledge and experience of overcoming these issues. It works particularly well for a number of client groups including returners to work, long term unemployed, women, over 50s, young people, disabled and BME. Success is down to the content of the programme, the right attitude, understanding and experience of the team, and how delivery takes place.

The ASPIRE programme is made up of the 4 stages:

• Stage 1: Direct outreach and engagement taster sessions
• Stage 2: Introduction to enterprise - including Creativity, Customers and Competitors, Finance and Feasibility and Confidence Building, Planning and Presentations
• Stage 3: Start-up workshops and transition to mainstream provision
• Stage 4: Aftercare activity
