Open supply chains deliver the goods: MOSAIC helps you start today, and benefit immediately.

Today there is no legal requirement for organisations to ensure diversity in their supply chain, but there is growing acceptance that there are real business benefits in doing so.
In the public sector, promoting equality and eliminating discrimination is now a legal requirement under the Equality Bill on race, gender and disability.
Leading organisations are going one step further by actively managing supply chains for equality and diversity, and working more closely with minority owned businesses – businesses at least 51% owned by people from minority backgrounds, including women.
But opening up your supply chain isn’t a burden: in the UK and worldwide, experience of companies large and small shows it generates quantifiable payback.
In the US, where supplier diversity is much more established, companies that ‘focus heavily on supplier diversity’ generate a third more return on procurement investments than the typical business. They spend typically 20% less on their buying operations, and have procurement teams half the size of their peers whose supplier programmes aren’t as diverse (The Hackett Group).
We understand that for many companies, streamlining their procurement has resulted in only one or two suppliers worldwide.
We are looking for exceptional worldclass companies to take the lead and work with us; either by opening up the whole of their procurement process or through encouraging the active participation of their Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
Becoming a Founder Member of MOSAIC demonstrates your commitment to a diverse and open supply chain. And mosaic returns that commitment, by giving you access to ambitious, customer-focussed women’s businesses, and the enhanced value from their products and services.
Our initial contacts with leading companies and public sector organisations have resulted in a high level of interest in mosaic
We would be delighted to have a more in-depth discussion about how your organisation can become involved, and gain the business benefits from a partnership with us.
