International Women's Day

The UK Government is celebrating International Women's Day and is asking women who they've been inspired by. From today until Sunday 8 March use #InspiredBy on social media to tell people about a woman who has inspired you. Contributions will be featured on a live gallery so visit the UK government Facebook page to find out more. Get involved everyone and help celebrate International Women's Day.

Cartier Women's Initiative Awards 2015

The Cartier Women's Initiative Awards are an international business plan competition created in 2006 by Cartier, the Women's Forum, McKinsey & Company and INSEAD business school to identify, support and encourage projects by women entrepreneurs.


Research from the national enterprise campaign, run by the Centre for Entrepreneurs think tank, shows 581,173 businesses were registered with Companies House, beating the previous record of 526,446 businesses recorded in 2013, and 484,224 in 2012.
