Welcome to Enterprising Women's mentoring service, only available for paid-up members.  Chances are you've already given some thought as to what you are looking for from a mentor before you got to this page, but in case you're still unsure if mentoring is for you, here's a couple of key reasons why you should work with a mentor.

Life in business can sometimes be lonely and your loved ones may not always be that impartial voice that you need, or may not be able to focus on what your issues are or how you could overcome them. A mentor is there for support, as a sounding board, a confidante and someone to remind you why you started your own business in the first place!

Mentoring allows you to explore new ideas in a secure environment, to be challenged about your assumptions, and to look at your business opportunities and barriers from the outside. Mentors will listen, explore, question, share experience and offer support – but they won't tell you what to do. It's your business and your decision. Gaining a different perspective will broaden your outlook, motivate you keep driving forwards and improve your ability to think strategically and clearly – and give you the confidence to be able to make that decision.

So why not start now? Search our database by answering a couple of key questions and we'll provide you with a list of possible mentors. Take a look at their experience and see what they say about themselves and then submit the form. We'll check availability with them and then arrange a meeting to see if you and the mentor match – after all it's a relationship and there has to be a connection there. If you don't think this is the right mentor for you, we'll help you find the mentor who is.

You will need to be a member of Enterprising Women to use our mentoring service.
